    Mala experiencia de compra, bon producte

    L'experiència de compra ha estat molt dolenta. La sensació és de descontrol. El producte que reps es bo i molt bonic. Per sort, la solució rau en treballar molt bé el servei post-venda. Es molt insatisfactori que no hagi cap lloc on poder-se comunicar quan hi ha un problema i tot sigui a través de canals estranys.
