Legal Terms and Conditions for the February 2026 Kitchen Giveaway
LEGAL BASIS OF THE RAFFLE
“NEW KITCHEN GIVEAWAY WITHOUT RENOVATION WORK – FANCYHAUS”

1. ORGANIZING COMPANY
The company organizing this prize draw is FANCYHAUS INC (hereinafter, "the Organizer"), owner of the Fancyhaus brand.
The draw is held for promotional purposes to reward the community and followers of the Fancyhaus brand.
2. TERRITORIAL SCOPE
The draw is nationwide and open to residents of Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands).
The Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are excluded for logistical reasons.
3. TIME FRAME
The draw begins on the day of its publication on Instagram and will end on February 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (Spanish peninsular time).
The winners will be selected starting on February 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. and will be announced in the days immediately following.
4. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
All individuals who meet the following requirements may participate:
– Be over 18 years of age.
– Reside in Spain.
– Be the owner of a real and active Instagram account.
To participate correctly in the draw, participants must:
– Follow @iondraghita on Instagram.
– Follow @fancyhaus on Instagram.
– Like the giveaway post.
– Comment on the giveaway post on Instagram.
Each valid comment will count as an additional entry, provided it is made from a real account.
Comments made using bots, fake profiles, or automated systems will not be accepted.
Participation is free and does not involve any additional costs.
5. AWARD
A total of 10 winners will be selected from the Instagram and TikTok accounts.
Each winner will receive a gift card to spend in the Fancyhaus online store worth €300 (retail price).
The amount of the voucher, how to use it, and the terms and conditions will be detailed when the winner is notified and in these rules.
The voucher:
– Can only be redeemed at the official Fancyhaus online store.
– Not redeemable for cash.
– Not transferable to third parties.
– It must be used within the period specified by the Organizer.
Products are subject to stock availability.
6. SELECTION OF WINNERS
Winners will be selected at random from all participants who correctly meet the requirements of the draw, using a random selection tool.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
If a winner does not meet the requirements, does not respond, or does not provide their details within 72 hours of being contacted, the prize will be awarded to a substitute.
7. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
Winners will be announced via Fancyhaus's social media accounts and/or via direct message on Instagram.
It is the winner's responsibility to check their messages and provide the necessary information for the prize to be delivered.
8. SHIPPING AND USE OF THE PRIZE
The redemption of the voucher and the shipment of the products will be included within the territory indicated in section 2.
Fancyhaus is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond the organization's control (carriers, logistical incidents, or force majeure).
9. DISQUALIFICATIONS
Participants will be automatically disqualified if they:
– Do not meet the participation requirements.
– Use fake profiles or automated systems.
– Engage in fraudulent conduct or conduct contrary to good faith.
The Organizer reserves the right to declare the draw void if circumstances so warrant.
10. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data provided by participants will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and current legislation.
The data will be used exclusively for the management of the draw, the notification of winners, and the delivery of the prize.
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability through Fancyhaus's official contact channels.
11. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Participation in the draw implies full acceptance of these legal terms and conditions.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the draw for justified reasons, giving due notice.
12. INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER
Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, or administer this giveaway in any way, nor is it associated with it.
13. APPLICABLE LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the participant's place of residence.
