1.- PROMOTION ORGANIZING COMPANY

The Company reserves the right not to proceed with carrying out the promotional action or to extend the termination of the promotional action if it considers it necessary for reasons of participation or technical difficulties in selecting the winner.
3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS
The participation requirements will be the following: Those who reside in Spain and are over 18 years of age may participate. Only those Participants who have an Instagram account may participate. 4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES
The winner will be chosen through a platform specialized in choosing winners at random. The prize will be in products available in stock from the Fancyhaus brand, with a maximum value of €1000 RRP with VAT in Spain included, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be subject to change or alteration. .
Shipping of the products will be included in the price and will only be sent to mainland Spain.
The Company reserves the right to modify the prize if on the day of declaring the participant as winner there are stock problems and, therefore, it is impossible to give it away.
The winner may contact the Company within 3 days from the date it is announced on the brand's social profile. If such contact does not occur within the stipulated period, the draw will be declared void or another winner will be assigned, according to preference.
The holding of the draw, as well as the awarding of the prize, are subject to current tax regulations.
5.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTY
If it is evident that any of the Participants do not meet the requirements set out in the Rules, or the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered null and void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.
