WHERE DO YOU MANUFACTURE YOUR PRODUCTS?

All FANCYHAUS products are designed and produced in Barcelona, ​​thus offering high quality standards, ensuring the best possible finishes.

WHAT MATERIAL ARE THE CARPETS MADE OF?

Our rugs are produced in 2 layers: the outer layer is high-strength braided polyester, and the inner layer is a flexible PVC to absorb shocks. They are only 2 millimeters thick.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We process orders in an estimated time of between 3 and 5 days in Spain. Shipping to the rest of European countries takes around 5 to 10 days.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY PURCHASE?

Yes, you have 14 business days to exchange or return your purchase. The costs of returning the product to our warehouses are not included, and the product must be returned in perfect condition. Personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned.
